Membership data is stored on our cloud database system which is accessible only by approved individuals that require access for the purpose of managing member data and communicating with you. Data is stored and accessed on a ‘need to know’ basis:

Caseworkers do not have automatic access to the member database. When a casework request comes in your caseworker is provided with information that is relevant to your case. You membership record is checked separately that you are eligible for casework support.


The executive does not have automatic access to the membership database – only those that need to have access do so.

Our membership system integrates with our website and our communications with you. This is done by setting cookies to collect information about how you interact with our website and allow us to remember you.
