Founded by union workers, for unions workers, we're building an independent voice advocating for the rights and welfare of all union workers from increasingly unsafe, toxic workplaces and eroding terms and conditions.
We're independent, campaigning and member-led. Together we can strengthen our movement to better serve the interests of all workers. Our membership is growing and we're signing recognition agreements with more trade union employers.

Learning
We've teamed up with RED Learning Coop, renowned for delivering top-tier trade union training. Our members benefit from a tailored learning, crafted specifically by and for trade union officials.
Workplace support
All members receive advice and certain tiers offer volunteer caseworker representation. We partner with top law firms including Truth Legal, Blacks Solicitors and Landau Law for specialised advice and representation, subject to a merits assessment.
Networks
Equality and inclusivity drive us. Join our Women (Sisters to the Front), LGBT+, Black, and Disabled equality networks, or contact us to help start a new one!
Our special membership aims to create networks for retired, unemployed members, or those actively connected as Associates, like lay representatives.
Legal support
Members can access specialist legal advice and support through our partner Truth Legal at reduced or no win, no fee rates, for personal injury, clinical negligence and professional negligence claims.

Our values
