Using the Equality Act 2010

We will explore what the Act means, how to use it in casework by learning to correctly identify the differences between direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation. This session draws on the legislation as written including recent case law.

Whether you’re a trade union official or a representative, you’ll get to share experiences and approaches and learn how casework escalates to the employment tribunal.
